Our factory is in Taizhou city which is kingdom of plastic in China.Our sales office is located in Hangzhou city which is famous for West Lake in the world.
How many kinds of workshops in your factory?
We have own professional workshops such as molding, blowing, injection, printing, testing, packing etc. And we have our own professional R & D and design team, we will update the new product in each quarter.
Samples & Inquiry
Could I get free samples and how long to get the samples?
Yes, 3-5 PCS samples are always free, but the freight for express is on buyer’s account. And delivery time is 3-4 days.
Can you help do 2D or 3D drawings？
We have the design department, and they will help you to do it. As long as you can imagine, we will do you like.
How to receive a price quotation in the shortest time?
When you send us an inquiry, please kindly make sure all the details, such as item NO., product capacity, color, printing, order quantity. We will send you a complete quotation soon.
Do you have stock bottles?
We don't have the stock bottles, but we provide the free sample for your functional testing.
If your plastic bottles are free of BPA and PVC?
All of our plastic packagings, including plastic bottles, jugs, jars, boxes, etc. Their material is BPA and PVC free, food grade material. And we welcome you to request the sample to test.
Production
Can you accept OEM or ODM?
Yes, Both OEM and ODM services.
What is your MOQ and Delivery time?
In general, Our MOQ is 10000pcs and the lead time about 25~30days, mainly according to you order product and your requirement
Can you produce any color?
Yes, We can customize it in the TPX.
Could you printing or label the packaging?
Yes, we have different printing machines, so we can offer various printings:
silkscreen printing, hot stamping, offset printing, roller printing, etc.
And we can label the products according to your specific requirement.
Can you produce bottles according to our design?
Yes, we can open custom mode according to your own design.
How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.

Payment & shipment
What types of payment terms do you accept?
Normally, the payment terms we accept are T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy)
100% TT in advance, Western Union/PayPal for small amount payment
What is your shipping way?
For small trial order, FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT etc door to door service can be provided. For larger order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirement. We will choose the best shipping way for you according to your detail requirements.
After-sales service
How can I know my order status?
You will have an exclusive customer servicer who will follow all your order details after received you placed an order. She will keep update for you about the producing, packaging, shipping etc. If you want to see the production process, you can tell.
I have no a broker or forwarder, could you help me to arrange the shipping?
Yes, of course, we have own agency can arrange the air shipment, ocean shipment, also including the express shipment for you. We can do EXW,FOB,CNF,DDU,DAP...
If I want to revise some details after place orders?
If this revised no any effect on the whole production, and no cause any cost, that is ok. But if it will affect the process or cause any cost, we will let you know the effect indeed, and charge you based on the real cost.
I wanna place a reorder, what do I do the next?
You can feel free to contact our exclusive customer servicer to let us know the reorder information, we will check the best delivery date and send the PI to you in the shortest time.
when and how I can receive my goods?
After we shipped the goods, we will provide you a telex-released BL and full set document for ClearanceCustoms. You can pick your goods by them, but before we released the BL, we need to receive all the payment.
